Hailing from a small town in Pennsylvania, Bob Poole spent years in the trenches of New York City at the accounting firm KPMG. Grown tired of the city’s hustle and bustle, and always looking for a new challenge, Bob returned to central Pennsylvania to take on the role of President and CEO of a national home building company. In the nearly 40 years since then he has overseen a multitude of commercial construction and residential companies including Poole Anderson Construction, and Allied Mechanical and Electrical. A 1972 graduate of Penn State University, Bob also has his MBA from Farleigh Dickinson. He is a generous benefactor of both his time and talent within the local community and in broader circles. He sits on the board of a regional health foundation, supports land preservation and youth development. When Bob has a free moment, which is rare, you can find him cheering on the home football team, playing tennis with his daughter, or spending time with his grandkids.

A veteran of all facets of construction, Frederick (Bud) Brenner has been in the building industry since 1986 and serves as the President of Honey Farms. His career has spanned a multitude of projects in the residential, commercial and industrial sectors. Bud began constructing multi-family projects in 1997 and took that experience with him when he partnered with Copper Beech Townhomes in 2001. With Copper Beech, Bud was responsible for orchestrating the successful completion of more than 7,000 housing units in 40 neighborhoods nationwide. As President of Construction for each of those communities, Bud was the driving force behind Copper Beech’s success in becoming the fifth largest student-housing contractor in the United States. Among his most recent projects is one he is particularly proud of: the completion of his own dream home where he would love to escape to if he could ever find the time.
